The Competition Committee The Competition shall be run by the Competition Committee consisting of the League President, Assistant Secretary, Deputy Chairman and two League Representatives nominated by the League Committee. 2. Group Stages For the initial stage of the Competition the Clubs within the League (together with one other Club from another League) will be divided into three Groups to be decided by the Competition Committee. 3. In the initial Group stage each Club will play once against all other Clubs in its group home or away. Two points will be awarded for a Win, one point for a Tie or No Result and no points for a Loss. 4.1 Positions in the Group tables will be determined by the number of points obtained at the end of the Group stage. If two or more Clubs are equal on points, positions will be determined by overall net run rate.
