Champions, Cup winners, T20 and Ron Singleton Colne Trophy. Well done to Burnley and David Brown and Vishal Tripathi. As we move into 2016, the future is uncertain. We endeavour to expand the League but have not yet gained the support of the Lancashire Cricket Board. The expansion committee have made outstanding efforts on driving the expansion, spending hour upon hour visiting grounds, interviewing and re-interviewing prospective new Clubs. There have been counter proposals to our expansion model but our Clubs have given a mandate to stand by our original plans. We will see how matters develop but the introduction of promotion and relegation will provide more competitive cricket, bring quality Clubs into the League and ultimately make it stronger in the long run. I submit my report for your approval.
