Mallen t20 Trophy – Rules & Playing Conditions 99 (v) In circumstances when the number of overs of the batting team is reduced, the number of Fielding Restriction Overs shall be reduced in accordance with the table below. For the sake of clarity, it should be noted that the table shall apply to both the 1st and 2nd innings of the match. It will not be a wide if the ball makes contact with the striker, his person or equipment, or the bat in hand before it passes the line of the stumps, or the ball passes between the striker and the leg stump. (ii) The overall winner of the competition will need to consult the rules and regulations regarding Law 25 prior to playing in the Mapperley Sports t20 Challenge Match against the winner of the South Nottinghamshire Cricket League t20 competition and if successful, the Nottinghamshire Premier League Finals Day and beyond.
