40 (vii) Any club ceasing to be a member of the League shall at once forfeit any rights to participate in the assets of the League. 1.2 Finance (i) The entrance fee for any newly admitted club shall be £30.00. (ii) The subscription from each club shall be £35.00 per team per annum to be paid not later than 31 st May in any year. Any club failing to comply with this rule shall be fined £5.00 for the first month, or part of the month, after this date, and £20.00 for every month, or part of a month, thereafter that the subscription remains unpaid. (iii) Any club promoted to a Premier League who has no other team within this League shall pay an affiliation fee of £10.00 per annum which will entitle them to all rights of membership other than a vote at the Annual General Meeting or an EGM, or representation on the LMC. (iv) If the income from subscriptions is insufficient to meet League expenses, a further levy may be made on each club. (v) The funds of the League shall be dealt with by and through an account with a bank in the name of the League. Cheques may be drawn on two signatures. The Chairman, League Secretary and Treasurer shall be authorised signatories. (vi) The financial year shall end on 30th September, after which the accounts shall be inspected by an Independent Examiner who shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting. (vii) Honoraria, if any, to be paid to any individuals shall be agreed annually by the LMC. (viii) Any collection, raffle etc. will be the sole concern of the club staging the match. 1.3 Officers (i) The officers of the League shall consist of The President, Vice-President, Chairman, League Secretary, Treasurer, Fixture Secretary, League Statistician, League Welfare Officer, Player Registrar, Press Officer and the Umpires Appointment Secretary, all of whom, with the exception of the President and Vice-President, shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting. (ii) The President and Vice-President shall be elected by the LMC and during the year of office and for one year thereafter shall be entitled to serve on the LMC. (iii) Life Members and Life Vice-Presidents may be elected by the LMC in recognition of past services to the League, the former being entitled to attend meetings of the LMC. (iv) A Handbook Editor and an Independent Examiner shall be appointed by the LMC from its own elected members or by co-opting non-voting officers.
