4 Constitution, Rules & Playing Conditions 77 8.81 SUMMARY TAB (i) In the first section, check the information for the ‘Date’, ‘Start Time’ and ‘Ground’ is correct. (ii) In the second section, enter the following: a) The name of the officials (Umpire 1/Umpire 2) if applicable) b) The name of the scorers (Scorer 1/Scorer 2) (ii) In the third section, enter the following: a) The result b) Confirmation of the home team c) Confirmation of which team batted first b) Confirm which team won the toss (iii) For the home team: a) The total number of runs scored b) The number of wickets fallen (where teams have less than 11 players and are all out, this will be the actual number of wickets fallen) c) The number of overs and balls faced d) Whether the innings was ‘declared’ e) The number of penalty points gained (usually ‘0’) f) The number of batting points gained (0-4) g) The number of bowling points gained (0-4) Where a match was conceded or cancelled, bonus points gained will be ‘0’. (iv) For the away team: a) The total number of runs scored b) The number of wickets fallen (where teams have less than 11 players and are all out, this will be the actual number of wickets fallen) c) The number of overs and balls faced d) Whether the innings was ‘declared’ e) The number of penalty points gained (usually ‘0’) f) The number of batting points gained (0-4) g) The number of bowling points gained (0-4) Where a match was conceded or cancelled, bonus points gained will be ‘0’.
