206  Board Structure There are a number of committees who, working on behalf of the Board and are  charged with shaping specific policies and practice:  Operation Management Group  A group tasked with evolving and implementing the Board’s development plans.  The Recreational Council  This group acts as a forum for recreational cricket in Nottinghamshire.  Finance and Funding Group  Responsible for the Board’s financial affairs.  Business, Publicity, Advisory Service and Promotions  This group is tasked with implementing a business strategy which complements the  Board’s aims and objectives and co‐ordinates the distribution of information,  contributes to the Cricket Annual and updates the official board website. Senior Cricket and Leagues  Responsible for the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board Premier League and other senior  cricket leagues in the county. Junior, Representative and Leagues  This group looks after all aspects of youth cricket including representative squads,  coaching schemes, and youth leagues, to ensure that young people in  Nottinghamshire are provided with positive cricketing opportunities.  Schools  Responsible for promoting cricket in primary and secondary schools across the  county.  Women and Girls  Co‐ordinates a clear player pathway for women and girls by encouraging the  development of female sections and selecting representative sides featuring the  most talented players.  Workforce Development Group  This group supports the individuals who support cricket in Nottinghamshire by  providing access to local and national associations, continual professional  development, and time‐line renewals. Cricket for the disabled  This group seeks to encourage people with disabilities to pursue cricket.
