10 Appendices 217  g)  The NCB’s Player Pathway Development Officer will monitor the Under  12’s squad during the playing season.  If a player not on the ‘Approved  List’ develops during the playing season in such a way that they ought to  be included on the list then their name will be added, published and  circulated as d) above.  h)  This policy will be constantly monitored and will be formally reviewed at  the end of each playing season.
