4 Constitution, Rules & Playing Conditions 35 (x) A Vice‐Chairman shall be appointed by the LMC from amongst their numbers at the first Committee meeting after the Annual General Meeting. (xi) The Chairman, or in his absence the Vice‐Chairman, or if both are absent, a deputy appointed by the LMC shall preside at all LMC Meetings and shall have a casting vote. (xii) The LMC will meet, unless otherwise communicated, on each second Tuesday of the month, except in December when no meeting shall take place. 1.9 Trophies (i) Each winning club shall be responsible for the insurance of the trophy it holds during the ensuing twelve months. Clubs will be advised of the value of each trophy for insurance purposes. (ii) Each trophy must be returned in clean condition to the Appointed League Engraver not later than 15 th February in each year. Failure to observe this rule will render the club concerned liable to a fine of £25.00. 1.10 Return of Circulated Documents Documents distributed by the League Secretary or other LMC members by e‐ mail and/or post should be returned by the timescales provided. Failure by a club to return a circulated document related to the administration of the League by the due date shall render that club liable to a £5.00 fine. 1.11 Winding‐up (i) The members may vote to wind up the League at a properly convened Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting. Three quarters of all member clubs shall form a quorum. (ii) The LMC will be responsible for the orderly winding up of the League's affairs. (iii) After settling all liabilities of the League, the LMC shall dispose of the net assets remaining to one or more of the following: a) To another League with similar sports purposes which is a charity. b) Equally to clubs within the League with similar sports purposes which is a registered CASC. c) To the League’s national governing body for use by them for related community sports.
