4 Constitution, Rules & Playing Conditions 69  Disciplinary Report Form) and be sent to the League Secretary within a  time limit of 7 days from the date of the alleged incident.  Both the player  and the Captain should be informed of this process.  (ii)  Any complaint so initiated or report received by the League Secretary, must be  referred to the Chairman of the Disciplinary Sub‐Committee, who will consider  the complaint and the evidence as soon as practicable and make a decision on  one of the following three options:  a)  No further action will be taken.  b)  From the evidence contained in the report, the matter is suitable to be  dealt with via the League’s Accumulated Offence Process.  Therefore,  notification to a player and the club, of three Accumulated Offences with  the same current season, will result in a ban from all forms of cricket for  three weeks (a week is Saturday to Friday inclusive).  Accumulated  Offences gained or reported, during the last two games in any one  season which cannot count as one of the three in the same current  season, will be carried into the following season as active sanctions or  breaches.  The Accumulated Offence process will be given due consideration in the  following circumstances:   Pointing, gesturing or any disparaging remarks at a batsman in an  inappropriate manner by a bowler or other member of the fielding  team, upon the batsman’s dismissal.   Inappropriate sledging or disparaging remarks towards a player  which is personal, offensive or disrespectful.   Displaying inappropriate dissent towards an Umpire by words,  actions or conduct on or off the field of play.   Unruly behaviour, or any unfair play, likely to bring the game into  disrepute.  Accumulated Offences will not be considered, where the victim of the  incident is a young person who, due to age, is a player who is competing  under the ‘YOUNG PLAYER REGULATIONS’ and the relevant  safeguarding regulations.  c)  From the evidence contained within the report, the matter is more  serious and warrants a full Disciplinary Hearing of the League Disciplinary  Sub‐Committee, which shall be convened and arranged by the League  Secretary on behalf of the Chairman.  The decision of the Chairman of the League Disciplinary Sub‐Committee to  proceed as to which of the above three options will be implemented, shall be  final and binding.
