The Accumulated Offence process will be given due consideration in the following circumstances: Pointing, gesturing or any disparaging remarks at a batsman in an inappropriate manner by a bowler or other member of the fielding team, upon the batsman’s dismissal. Inappropriate sledging or disparaging remarks towards a player which is personal, offensive or disrespectful. Accumulated Offences will not be considered, where the victim of the incident is a young person who, due to age, is a player who is competing under the ‘YOUNG PLAYER REGULATIONS’ and the relevant safeguarding regulations. c) From the evidence contained within the report, the matter is more serious and warrants a full Disciplinary Hearing of the League Disciplinary Sub‐Committee, which shall be convened and arranged by the League Secretary on behalf of the Chairman. The decision of the Chairman of the League Disciplinary Sub‐Committee to proceed as to which of the above three options will be implemented, shall be final and binding.
