4 Constitution, Rules & Playing Conditions 55  No registration will be accepted whilst a player remains registered with any  other club and/or there are any outstanding financial or disciplinary issues.  The BDCL complies fully with the ECB policy outlined in the Non‐First Class  Rules and Regulations regarding Player Discipline (i.e. any player banned from  playing Cricket played under the auspices of ECB, will be banned from the  BDCL until such ban is served).  This is also compliant with NCB Policy.  The LMC has the discretion to reject any registration.  5.1.2 Any player playing Saturday cricket for a club outside the BDCL is not eligible  to play on an occasional basis and must satisfy the requirements of this rule.  No player may be registered who plays Saturday cricket for any other club,  except a Registered Cricketer with the ECB playing for a First‐Class County, or  a player who is able to provide evidence of being in full‐time Further Education  who is registered within another League within proximity of that registration,  for whom a dual registration shall apply.  A player playing for a First‐Class County can only play for one Saturday  recreational club.  No player shall be registered concurrently with more than one club in the  League.  5.1.3 Any club wishing to register an overseas player should ensure that it is aware  of, and abides by, the Managed Migration Policy adopted by the ECB in  conjunction with the UK Border Agency.  The accountability for clubs who wish  to become involved in this process should be thoroughly understood and  complied with.  Clubs should not employ anyone who does not have the legal right to be in  the country, or have the legal right to be employed by them and, in case of  action being taken it is the Chairman and Club Committee who will be held  accountable.  The decision of the LMC on any question of qualification shall be full and  binding on both the player and the applicant club and in arriving at that  decision the following matters together with any other relevant information  shall be taken into consideration:  5.1.3.1  The nationality of the player.  5.1.3.2   Whether the player has a home in the UK.  5.1.3.3   Whether the player has or has had permanent full‐time employment in  the UK.  5.1.3.4   The length of any working contract outside the UK.  Clubs will be asked to forward a copy of a player’s passport to the Player  Registrar and/or such other documentary evidence that the LMC and/or
