4 Constitution, Rules & Playing Conditions 83  8.7.6 VIEW THE RESULT  The summary tab is now displayed, along with separate tabs for each innings.   Review the information entered, noting that any information shown with red  text indicates an error.  Review and correct on the relevant tab, before exiting.  8.8  Completing the BDCL Team Card via the ECB Play‐Cricket Network  The BDCL Match Team Card will need to be uploaded manually via the Clubs  ECB Play‐Cricket Site, against the relevant match.  Where the BDCL Match Team Card is not uploaded, incomplete or contain  errors, Rule 2.7.5 will be applied.  8.8.1 CREATE A DIGITAL FORMAT OF THE BDCL MATCH TEAM CARD  In order to upload the BDCL Match Team Card, either:  8.8.1.1  Scan the paper copy of the BDCL Match Team Card to .jpg or .pdf file  format, using a suitable device, OR;  8.8.1.2  Photograph the paper copy of the BDCL Match Team Card using a  suitable device (i.e. smartphone).  8.8.2 UPLOAD THE BDCL MATCH TEAM CARD  8.8.2.1  Log onto your club’s ECB Play‐Cricket Website as an Administrator user  and enter the ‘Administration’ pages.  8.8.2.2  Using the ‘Day to Day’ button at the top and the ‘Result’ button on the  left hand side, locate the relevant fixture using the search field  8.8.2.3  Click on the icon under ‘Edit Report’.  8.8.2.4  Scroll down and click either ‘Choose File’ or ‘Browse’ depending on your  browser.  8.8.2.5  Locate the digital format of the BDCL Match Team Card and click ‘Open’.  8.8.2.6  Click ‘Save and Activate Match Report’, or ‘Save’ depending on your  browser.  8.8.3 EDIT OR REMOVE THE BDCL MATCH TEAM CARD  8.8.3.1  Log onto your club’s ECB Play‐Cricket Website as an Administrator user  and enter the ‘Administration’ pages.  8.8.3.2  Using the ‘Day to Day’ button at the top and the ‘Result’ button on the  left hand side, locate the relevant fixture using the search field  8.8.3.3  Click on the icon under ‘Edit Report’.  8.8.3.4  Scroll down and click ‘Remove Image’.  8.8.3.5  Repeat the process under 8.8.2 to re‐upload the BDCL Match Team Card.
