The match is not concluded as in Law 12.9 (Conclusion of match) and there shall be no result as in Law 16 (The result). 7.13 Additional points relating to Level 3 and Level 4 offences 7.13.1 If a player, whilst acting as wicket‐keeper, commits a Level 3 or Level 4 offence, Law 24.1.2 shall not apply, meaning that only a nominated player may act as wicket‐keeper, even if another fielder becomes ill or injured and is replaced by a substitute. 7.13.2 A nominated player who has a substitute or runner will also suffer the penalty for any Level 3 or Level 4 offence committed by the substitute or runner and will be reported under Level 3 offence or Level 4 offence. 7.13.3 The following signals are for Levels 3 and 4 of the player conduct offences. Each signal has two parts, both of which should be acknowledged separately by the scorers: 7.13.3.1 Level 3 conduct: Part 1 ‐ by putting one arm out to the side of the body and repeatedly raising it and lowering it. Part 2 ‐ by raising both hands, all fingers spread, to shoulder height, palms facing towards the scorers. 7.13.3.2 Level 4 conduct: Part 1 ‐ by putting one arm out to the side of the body and repeatedly raising it and lowering it. Part 2 ‐ by raising an index finger, held at shoulder height, to the side of the body. 7.14 Further Information 7.14.1 The conduct listed in Levels 1 to 4 above cannot be considered to be exhaustive. Where any alleged breach falls outside the conduct above, whether on or off the field, the disciplinary committee shall determine the appropriate Level with reference to the following factors: 7.14.1.1 The level of harm potentially caused to the interests or reputation of the League or the game of cricket in general. 7.14.1.2 Whether any alleged language is used or gesture made which may offend, insult, humiliate, intimidate, disparage, threaten or vilify another person on the basis of that person’s (or that person’s perceived) age, race, religion, sexual orientation, colour, descent or national or ethnic origins. 7.14.1.3 Wwhether it is alleged that any conduct was intended to cause physical harm to another person, or such harm was foreseeable. 7.14.1.4 Whether the alleged behaviour breached the Child Protection Code.
