4 Constitution, Rules & Playing Conditions 25  1.8.10 A Vice‐Chair shall be appointed by the LMC from amongst their numbers at  the first Committee meeting after the Annual General Meeting.  1.8.11 The Chair, or in his absence the Vice‐Chair, or if both are absent, a deputy  appointed by the LMC shall preside at all LMC Meetings and shall have a  casting vote.  1.8.12 The LMC will meet, unless otherwise communicated, on each second Tuesday  of the month.  1.9  Trophies  1.9.1 Each winning club shall be responsible for the insurance of the trophy it holds  during the ensuing twelve months.  Clubs will be advised of the value of each  trophy for insurance purposes.  1.9.2 Each trophy must be returned in clean condition to the Appointed League  Engraver not later than the last day of September in each year.  Failure to  observe this rule will render the club concerned liable to a fine of £75.00.  1.10 Return of Circulated Documents  1.10.1 Documents distributed by the League Secretary or other LMC members by  online forms/e‐mail and/or post should be returned by the timescales  provided.  1.10.2 Failure by a club to return a circulated document related to the administration  of the League by the due date shall render that club liable to a £5.00 fine.  1.11 Winding‐up  1.11.1 The members may vote to wind up the League at a properly convened Annual  General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting.  Three quarters of all  member clubs shall form a quorum.  1.11.2 The LMC will be responsible for the orderly winding up of the League's affairs.  1.11.3 After settling all liabilities of the League, the LMC shall dispose of the net  assets remaining to the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board.  2 League Competition 2.1  Constitution of Divisions  2.1.1 The constitution of the Championship and the other Divisions of the League  shall be determined by the LMC.  2.1.2 The teams in membership shall be organised into an appropriate number of  Divisions, with the top Division named the ‘Championship’.  2.1.3 There will normally be a maximum of 12 teams in each division.  2.1.4 No club shall have more than one team in any Division, except the lowest.  2.1.5 Two teams from the same club shall not exchange Division.
