56  7.5.5 Within 48 hours of receipt of the notification from the secretary of the club as  to its action or propose action, the Disciplinary Sub‐Committee shall consider  the matter and resolve by:  7.5.5.1   Taking no further action except to record the complaint and notify the  club of the decision.  7.5.2.2   Endorsing any action taken by the club and confirm that no further action  is required.  7.5.2.3   Amending the action taken by the club which may include increasing the  sanction proposed by the club.  7.5.6 Level 3 or Level 4 reposts will automatically be subject to a Disciplinary  Hearing. 7.5.7 Reports relating to Under 18’s will be dealt with as per the ‘ECB Guidance on  Disciplinary Proceedings that Involve Under 18’s’.  7.6 Disciplinary Hearing  7.6.1 In the event of a disciplinary hearing, the Chair of the Disciplinary Sub‐ Committee shall convene that hearing as soon as practicable and in any event  within 14 days of receipt of the report/request.  7.6.2 In any case which is subject to a disciplinary hearing, at least seven days notice  in writing of the hearing and of the alledged offences shall be given to the  player in in the case of a club its Secreatry.  7.6.3 The accused player or club shall be entitled:  7.6.3.1  To submit written statements ahead of the hearing.  7.6.3.2  To attend the hearing.  7.6.3.3  To state his case (in the case of a club by a club official)  7.6.3.4  To be supported by a colleague and to call witnesses.  7.6.4 The accused player or club shall not be entitled:  7.6.4.1   To reschedule the hearing if they are unable to attend.  7.6.4.2  To cross‐examine any umpires or witnesses called by the Chair of the  Disciplinary Sub‐Committee.  7.6.5 The hearing shall be conducted by the Disciplinary Sub‐Committee of the  League and will consist of not less than three persons.  7.7 Levels  The umpires shall act on any unacceptable conduct and follow the procedures  and corresponding actions for umpires as outlined in Law 42.2 to 42.5.  The  player has no right of appeal against the level of offence decided upon by the  umpires.
