58  7.9.2.5   Any combination of the above.  7.10 Level 3 Offences and sanctions  7.10.1 Either of the following actions by a player shall constitute a Level 3 offence:  7.10.1.1  Intimidating an umpire by language and gesture.  7.10.1.2  Threatening to assault a player or any other person except an umpire.  7.10.2 A player found guilty of an offence at a Level 3 Disciplinary Hearing may  receive any of the following sanctions:  7.10.2.1  A suspended ban.  7.10.2.2  A ban of between 4 and 10 weeks.  7.10.2.3  Suspended points deduction from his/her team.  7.10.2.4  Immediate points deduction from his/her team.  7.10.2.5  Any combination of the above.  7.11 Level 4 Offences and sanctions  7.11.1 Any of the following actions by a player shall constitute a Level 4 offence:  7.11.1.1  Threatening to assault an umpire.  7.11.1.2  Making inappropriate physical contact with an umpire.  7.11.1.3  Physically assaulting a player or any other person.  7.11.1.4  Committing any other act of violence.  7.11.2   A player found guilty of an offence at a Level 4 Disciplinary Hearing may  receive any of the following sanctions:  7.11.2.1  A ban of at least 10 weeks.  7.11.2.2  Immediate points deduction from his/her team.  7.11.2.3  Any combination of the above.  7.12 Sanctions  7.12.1 All bans from playing will be stated in the terms of weeks with a start and end  date.  7.12.2 The League shall inform the club’s relevant County Board of all disciplinary  reports.  7.12.3 Bans will apply to all cricket played under the auspices of the ECB.  7.12.4 In addition to the above penalties the Disciplinary Sub‐Committee may, at its  sole discretion, impose further penalties which can include:  7.12.4.1  Suspended deduction of League points.  7.12.4.2  Deduction of League points.  7.12.4.3  A fine
