Unforeseen Matters P a g e | 21 Unforeseen Matters In all competitions, any matters which may arise which are not provided for under these rules (except those relating to the laws of the game) shall be dealt with by the League Management Committee whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. The Management Committee, in their reasonable opinion, has the right to add, amend or delete rules between AGMs where such changes are required to ensure that the League operates within the law or in line with ECB or other appropriate directives. Any changes arising from this clause will be communicated to Member Club secretaries and apply as soon as such communication is delivered.
