Cheshire Cricket League Umpires & Scorers Association The Association has been formed with the objective of providing umpires for matches in all divisions of the League; assisting and encouraging members to achieve and maintain a high standard of umpiring competence; fostering a spirit of comradeship and co-operation between members and promoting a cordial relationship between members and players throughout the League and co- operating with the League in all matters including those relating to the Laws of Cricket.
