LINCS. COUNTY CRICKET LEAGUE-continued 7. Subscriptions. The Annual Subscription shall be' Three Guineas and shall be paid seven days before the Annual General Meeting. 8. Voting. Officials and each Club Representative shall have one vote only. The Chainnan shall have a casting vote. 9. Arrangements of Fixtures. Fixtures for seasons 1963 and 1964 to be made by the League Officials. The matter will be reviewed at the Annual General Meeting in January 1964. 10. Players. Clubs must register with the Hon. Secretary all playing members each year before commencement of the season. Additional registrations can be effected, applications to be forwarded to the Hon. Secretary. 11. Transfer ofPlayers. No Affiliated League Club, either through its Officials or any person or society interested in the Club shall approach during th:: current playing season, any player of any other Affiliated League Club for the purpose of securing his services at any time without first giving seven days notice of their intention to negotiate. This notice must be given to the Secretary of the player's Club in writing and by registered post. No player shall negotiate with any other League Club unless he can produce an official permission from his present Club. Such permission shall not be withheld unless the player has failed to fulfil all his financial obligations to his Club. The player shall have the right to appeal to the Committee if permission is withheld without just cause. A Transfer Fee of 2/· is payable to the League Secretary at time of transfer. 12. Method of Scoring Points. All games shall be allowed five points for an outright win. Two points to be awarded for a tie. In a drawn game the team scoring the highest number of runs shall be awarded three points and their opponents one point. All abandoned and matches cancelled through the weather shall count as a tie.
