9. ARRANGEMENTS OF FIXTURES. Fixtures to be arranged by the League Officials. The fixtures for each Division to be completed and issued to each Club by 15th March. Any alteration to such fixtures must be made before 15th April and the League Secretary notified of the alteration by all Clubs concerned, after which time fixtures must be strictly adhered to. Any Club not fulfilling such fixtures may be fined 50p by the League Committee for the first offence, and expenses incurred shall be reimbursed. For the second offence, the Club is liable to be expelled from the League. 10. PLAYERS. Clubs must register with the Hon. Secretary a list of playing members each year before the commencement of the season. (Club Secretaries will be expected to hold a Registration Form for each player to substantiate League Registration Forms submitted to the League Secretary. In the case of Clubs with both Saturday and Mid-week teams, separate forms would be required for each team). Any Club with teams in more than one Division shall be allowed to play its members in either Division up to the 8th July in each season. At this date, a player who has played in six matches in a highP.r Division shall not play in a lower Division without special permission of the League Officials. Additional registrations can be effected until 8th July, after this date formal application for further registrations will be considered by the League Officials but will only be allowed in extenuating circumstances. A player shall only be allowed to play for one Club in any Saturday Division and one Club in any Mid Week Division in one season with the Club's Secretaries and League Secretaries permission of transfernncP.. 11 . REGISTRATION. Members of Clubs are ineligible to play in any match unless their names have been registered or transferred by the League Committee. Any Club playing an unregistered player shall be fined from 50p to a maximum of £1 and forfeit 2 points from points gained. The offending player shall also be fined a minimum of 50p. 12. TRANSFER OF PLAYERS. No affiliated League Club, either through its Officials or any person or society interested in the Club, shall approach during the current playing season, any player or any other affiliated League Club for the purpose of securing his services at any time without first giving seven days' notice of their intention to negotiate. This notice must be given to the Secretary of the Player's Club in writing and by registered post. No player shall negotiate with any other League Club unless he can produce in writing an official permission from his present Club. Such permission shall not be withheld unless the player has failed to fulfil all financial obligations to his Club. The player shall have the right to appeal to the Committee if permission is withheld without just cause. Transfer Fee 1Op is payable to the League Secretary at time of transfer. 13. METHOD OF SCOR ING POi NTS. All Saturday Division games shall be allowed four points for an outright win. Two points to be awarded for a tie. In a drawn game the team scoring the highest number of runs shall be awarded three points and their opponents awarded one point. All abandoned and matches can– celled through weather shall count as a tie. In all other divisions two points shall be allowed for a win, one point for a tie or draw. No match shall be cancelled through weather before 11 o'clock on the day of the match unless authority is 4
