It shall be the responsi~ility of the Umpire to ensure that the Rules are properly implemented. Scorer Each team shall provide their own scorer. 12. Footwear Only rubber soled footwear shall be worn by the players. Nails or spi ~es will not be permitted. Qualification of Players (a) No player shall be eligible to play in the Tournament if he has pla~ed in First Class cricket during the previous season. (b) No player shall be eligible for selection unless he is a fully paid up bona-fide member of the club for which he is playing. (c) No player shall play for more than one club in the Tournament. PLAYING REGULATIONS LAWS The Laws of Cricket shall apply together with the experimental rules and cdnditions laid down by the National Cricket Association for the preceding cricket season, lvith the exception of the following playing regulations :- 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Teams shall consist of six players each. Each match shall consist of one innings per team. Each innings shall consist of a maximum of 12 six ball overs. No bowler shall bowl more than three overs. (In the case of a bowler lbecoming incapacitated, the over shall be completed by a bowler who has not tlowled 3 overs even if he bowled the preceding over.)
