7. SUBSCRIPTIONS The Annual Subscription shall be Three Guineas for Division One and Two Guineas for Division Two and shall be paid seven clays befo~e the Annual General Meeting . 8. VOTING Offic ials and each Club Representative shall have one vote on ly. The Chairman shall have a casting vote Vice-Presidents have a vote at Annual General Meeting only. 9. ARRANGEMENT OF FIXTURES Fixtures to be made by a sub-committee comprising of the Fixtures Secretary, Gen– eral Secretary and Treasurer. The Fixtures are to be publish– ed by 31 st December each year. 1 b. PLAYERS Clubs must register with the Hon . Secretary all playing members each year before 15th Ap.ril. Additional registrat[ons can be effected, applications to be forwarded to the Hon. Secretary, stamped addressed envelope enclosed . 11. TRANSFER OF PLAYERS To affiliated League Club, either through its Officials or any person or society inte.~ested _in the Club shall approach during the current playing season, any player of any other Affiliated League Club for the purpose of securing his services at any time without fi.rst giving seven days notice of their intention to negotiate. This notice must be given to the Secretary of the Player's Club in writing and by reg istered post. No player shall negotiate with any other League Club unless he can produce an official permission from his present Club. Such permission shall not be witheld unless the player has failed to fulfil! all his financial obligations to his Club. The player shall have the right to appeal to the Committee if permission is witheld without just cause. Transfer fee 2/ - payable on transfer to the League Secretary. Transfer forms available from t he General Secretary. 12. . METHOD OF SCORING POINTS All games shall be allowed five points for an outright win. Two points to be awarded for a tie. In a drawn game the team scoring the highest number of runs shall be awarded three points and their opponents one point. That no points shall be allowed for any match which cannot be played or completed due to adverse conditions and percentages shall be calculated on
