.. (b) Subscriptions (i) The Annual Subscription shall be £4 for each team in any League and shall be paid seven days before the Annual General Meeting. (ii) Clubs twelve months in arrears shall be liable to expulsion from the League. (c) Ground and facilities of all clubs in the League to be of a standard approved by the Committee. Requirements to be detailed on an official ground inspection report pro-forma and to be adjudged by an approved Ground Inspection Committee. The Ground Inspection Committee shall comprise of two members of the Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers plus an official of the League. Seven days' notice to be given by the League Secretary to the Secretary of the club prior to the inspection being carried out, when an Official of the club will be present. Ground inspections to be carried out e_very five years or at any time as instructed by the Committee. A fee of £1 will be charged for each inspection. A copy of each Ground Inspection Report to be forwarded by the League Secretary to:- A. The club concerned. B. Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers. Any club where ground and facilities do not comply with the League's standards to be reported to the Committee 3. FIXTURES (a) All clubs must notify the Fixture Secretary by the 15th November of non-available teams for the following season. (b) (c) Arrangement of Fixtures Fixtures to be made by a Sub-Committee com– prising the Fixtures Secretary, Secretary and Treasurer. The fixtures to be published by 31st December each year and subsequently in the League Handbook. Failure to fulfil a Fixture Any club failing to fulfil an arranged fixture by default shall be fined £3 and a warning issued 9
