M No points shall be allowed for any match which cannot be played or completed due to adverse weather conditions and the League Championships shall be decided on a percentage basis, calculated on the number of completed matches. Personal performances in any uncompleted match shall count in players' averages. (d) Cancellation of Matches through Weather (i) No match shall be cancelled before 11 a.m. on the day of the match unless authority is obtained from the League Secretary. (ii) After 11.a.m. and up to 6.p.m. the match will not be cancelled without the consent of both Captains. (iii) After 6.p.m. the match be cancelled - A. If both Captains agree. B. If the Captains fail to agree, the Umpires shall decide. (e) Match Results The Secretary of the Home Club must advise the Secretary of the League the result of each match (whether cancelled or not) on the official form provided, not later than 48 hours following the match. A fine of 50 pence will be imposed for non-compliance of this rule. Captains will mark opponents' outstanding fielders in the space provided on the official score sheet. (f) Intervals The tea interval shall be of twenty minutes. The interval between the innings shall be of ten minutes duration but under no circumstances shall the thirty minutes be taken at one time. (g) General Points (i) Umpires must report any club not ready to commence at the appointed time. Offending clubs shall be fined 50 pence. ( ii) An over unable to be completed owing to the incapacitation or suspension of the bowler shall be completed by another member of the fielding side other than the bowler at the opposite end. (iii) The outgoing player must meet the ingoing player outside the pavilion. Umpires must report any flagrant breach of this law. 12
