"'1 LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY CRICKET LEAGUE RULES I 1. ORGANISATION (a) The League shall be known as The Lincolnshire County Cricket League (hereinafter called The League). (b) Officers The officers shall consist of a President, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Fixtures Secretary and Honorary Minute Secretary. These shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting. (c) Annual General Meeting (d) (e) (f) The Annual General Meeting shall be held as soon as possible after 30th September each year. The business shall be - (i) To elect Officers and Auditors. (ii) To receive a report and balance sheet. (iii) To consider any proposals affecting the League of which due and proper notice has been given. Clubs not represented shall be fined 50 pence. Executive Committee The Committee responsible for transacting the business of the League shall be called the Executive Committee, hereinafter called the Committee and shall consist of the Officers of the League, together with one representative from each club constituting the League. Twelve representatives shall form a Quorum. Committee Meetings The Committee shall meet three times per annum in January, April and July or at any time that the business of the League may require . Fourteen days notice of all meetings shall be sent by post to all Officers and Club representatives. Clubs not represented shall be fined 25 pence. Votmg Officers and each club representative shall have one vote only. The Chairman shall have the casting vote. Vice-Presidents have a vote at the Annual General Meeting only. 7
