shall not be complete until the ground inspection fee (see Rule 9) has been paid. Applications shall be considered at the AGM. No team shall be admitted to membership unless its ground, dressing accommodation and appointments are of a satisfactory standard and approved by the Committee. All Member Oubs shall be advised of full details concerning new applications for the following season no later than 18th. August in the current season. 2.2 Subscriptions The Annual Subscription shall be decided at the AGM and shall be paid within the seven days following the AGM. Qubs twelve months in arrears shall be liable to explusion from the League. Any team withdrawing from the League after the AGM shall be fined the Annual Subscription application at that time. 2.3 Ground and Facilities The ground and facilities of all Qubs in the League shall be of a standard approved by the Committee. Require– ments shall be detailed on an official Ground Inspection Report and shall be adjudged by an approved Ground Inspection Committee. The Ground Inspection Committee shall consist of two members of the Institution of Groundsmen and Green– keepers and an Officer of the League. Seven days notice of the inspection shall be given by the League Secretary to the Qub. An Officer of the Qub shall be present at the inspection. Each Member Qub's ground shall be inspected every five years, or at any time as instructed by the Committee. A fee, as per Rule 9, shall be charged for each inspection. A copy of each Ground Inspection Report shall be forwarded by the League Secretary to : a) The Club concerned b) The Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers Any Qub whose ground and facilities do not comply with the League's standards shall be reported to the Committee. 36
