3. FIXTURES 3.1 Arrangement of Fixtmes The fixtures shall be published by 31st December and subsequently in the League Handbook. 3.2 Failme to Fulfil a Fixture Any Qub failing to fulfil an arranged fixture by default shall be fined as per Rule 9, and warned as to its futme conduct. Points for the match shall be awarded to the non-offending Qub, and any expenses involved shall be the responsibility of the offending Qub. 3.3 Teas The visiting team shall pay for a minimum of eleven teas. 4. PLAYERS 4.1 Registration A player shall be considered registered with the Club for which he plays his first League match of the season. 4.2 Transfer of Players No League Qub, either through its Officers, or any person or society interested in the Qub, shall approach during · the cmrent playing season any player of any other League Qub for the purposes of seeming his services at any time without first giving seven days notice of their intention to negotiate. This notice must be given to the Secretary of the player's current Qub in writing and by registered post. No player shall negotiate with any other League Qub unless he has fulfilled all his financial obligations to his current Qub. The player shall have the right of appeal to the Committee if permission is withheld without just cause. Transfer forms are available from the League Secretary. A fee, as per Rule 9, shall be paid by the player. 5. UMPIRES Neutral umpires shall officiate at all matches 5.1 Reports on Umpires Both Qub Captains shall submit a report on Umpires in the space provided on the score sheet. A fine, as per Rule 9, shall be imposed for non-compliance. 37
