c) The team batting first shall be awarded seven points and the team batting second three points if the latter score seventy-five per cent or more of their opponents total in a drawn game. d) The team batting first shall be awarded nine points and the team batting second one point if the latter · do not score seventy-five per cent of their opponents total in a drawn game. e) No points for a defeat. f) Five points for each team in a tie. No points shall be allowed for a match which cannot be played or completed due to adverse weather conditions. The League Championships shall be decided on a percentage basis, calculated on the number of completed matches. Personal performances in uncompleted matches shall count in players averages. 6.4 Cancellation of Matches because of Bad Weather a) If both captains are on the ground: i) They can mutually agree to cancel the fixture. ii) If they are still in disagreement at 5.00 p.m. the umpires shall decide whether or not the match will be played, bearing in mind the rule which states a minimum of 50 overs shall be played. b) If the home team deems it advisable to cancel a fixture before the teams arrive at the gr<;>Und, a nominated representative from the home club shall contact a nominated representative of the visiting club and seek his agreement to the'game being cancelled. unless mutual agreement to cancel is obtained, arrangements for the fixture to take place will continue. c) If the fixture is cancelled, it may be resarranged by mutual agreement of the two clubs involved, providing the scoresheet covering the cancelled fixture is endorsed "Fixture to be re-arranged" and the date supplied to the Fixture Secretary within _7 days of the or~al fixture 42
