a) The team with most wins b) If there are an equal number of wins, the team with the most winning draws (scoring 9 or 7 points in a drawn match). c) Any situation not covered by these arrangements shall be decided by the Officers of the League. 8. GENERAL The Committee shall have the power to deal with any matter which may arise affecting the League which is not provided for in these Rules. 9. FEES & FINES The amount of each Fee and Fine shall be decided annually at the AGM, and shall come into effect from the date of that meeting. The Fees & Fines for 1979 are: Failure to attend AGM Failure to attend Executive Meeting Fee to accompany a complaint Annual Subscription Ground Inspection Fee Failure to fulfil a fixture Transfer Fee Failure to fulfil a fixture Transfer Fee Umpire's Fee Umpire's Fee (Evening Matches) Late Result Sheet Failure to mark umpires Failure to start match on time £2.50 £1.50 £0.50 £5 .00 £2.00 £3.00 £0.50 £3 .00 £0.50 £2.50 plus expenses £1.50 plus expenses £2.00 £0.50 £0.50 Where, for acceptable reasons, there is only one umpire at a match, the fee shall be £3.75 plus expenses (evening matches £2.25 plus expenses). If any fee or fine is not paid within 28 days of the date of the account, the amount shall automatically be doubled. 45
