2.2 Continued 2.3 Any team withdrawing from the League after the AGM shall be fined the Annual Subscription application at that time. Ground and Facilities The ground and facilities of all Clubs in the -League shall be of a standard approved by the Committee. Requirements shall be detailed on an official Ground Inspection Report and shall be adjudged by an approved Ground Inspection Committee. The Ground Inspection Committee shall consist of two members of the Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers and an Officer of the League. Seven days notice of the inspection shall be given by the League Secretary to the Club. An Officer of the Club shall be present at the inspection.
