8. 9. Triple Tie: should three Clubs finish level for promotion or relegation, the winner shall be: (a) The team with most wins. (b) If there are an equal number of wins, the team with the most winning draws (scoring 9 or 7 points in a drawn match). (c) Any situation not covered by these arrangements shall be decided by the Officers of the League. GENERAL The Committee shall have the power to deal with any matter which may arise affecting the League which is not provided for in these Rules. FEES & FINES The amount of each Fee and Fine ~hall be decided annually at the AGM, and shall come into effect from the date of that meeting.
