5.2 Reports on Umpires Both Club Captains shall submit a rPport on Umpires in the space provided bn the score sheet. A fine, as per Rule 9, ~hall be imposed for non-compliance. Payment of Umpires During the interval, Clubs sha 1 pay the current League Fee for umpires, plus a~y expenses incurred. The League Fee shail be decided at the AGM. The payment shall be \shared by both Clubs equally. If a match is €ancelled and the umpires are not informed a1d turn up to officiate at the match, the um~ires shall be paid half the current Fee plus lany expenses incurred. In the event of the umpires turning up and no play being possible because of the weather they shall again be pai d half the current Fee plus any expenses incurred 6.
