PROMOTION/RELEGATION This shall be on a two-up, two-down b sls between the divisions. No team shall be eligible for promoti ,n to a higher division if their Club already has a i eam in that division, or a team due for relegatioili to that division. No team finishing lower than third in its division shall be granted promotion. A first (or second) team which is rel gated deems that their second (or third) team sha also be relegated if the second (9f' third) team is in t ~e division immediately below the first (or secon~) team, regardless of the finishing position of the seco~~ (or third) team unless the second (or third) team qualifies for promotion, in which case both teams s all remain static. Should the occasion arise where none pr only one of the first three teams in a division can be promoted, then, similarly, none or only one of t he teams in the division above shall be relegated. The two bottom teams in Division 3 sh 11 apply for re-election to the League, together w th any new applicants at the time of the AGM. The total votes cast for each club sh 11 be made known to their respective secretaries eithe on that evening or within one week of the AGM. If a Club has a team i n Division 3, ad another team from the same Club is relegated to Di ·ision 3, then the team already in Division 3 shall be removed from the League. - 23-
