Requirements shall be det on an official Ground Inspection Report and shall be adjudged by an approved Ground Inspection Committee: The Ground Inspection Committee shal ~ consist of two memb.ers of the Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers and an Officer of the LJague. Seven days notice of the inspection shall ti e given by the League Secretary to the Club. An lorrlcer of the Club shall be present at the lnsJ ection.
