Requirements shall be det on an official Ground Inspection Report and shall be adjudged by an approved Ground Inspection Committee: The Ground Inspection Committee shal ~ consist of two memb.ers of the Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers and an Officer of the LJague.
