Triple Tie: should three Clubs finish level for promotion or relegation, the winner shall be: (a) The team with most wins. (b) If there are an equal number of wins 9 the team with the most winning draws (scoring 9 or 7 points in a drawn match). (c) Any situation not covered by these arrangements shall be decided by the Officers of the League. 8. GENERAL The Committee shall have the power to deal · with any matter which may arise affecting the League which is not provided for in these Rules. 9. FEES & FINES The amount of each Fee and Fine shall be decided annual ly at the AGM, and shall come into effect from the date of that meeting.
