Any team withdrawing from the League after the AGM shall be fined the Annual Subscription application at that time. 2.3 Ground and Facilities The ground and facilities of all Clubs in the .League shall be of a standard approved by the Committee. Requirements shall be detailed on an official Ground Inspection Report and shall be adjudged by an approved Ground Inspection Committee. The Ground Inspection Committee shall consist of two members of the Inst~tution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers and an Officer of th~ League. Seven days notice of the inspection shall be given by the League Secretary to the Club . An Officer of the Club shall be present at the inspection. Each Member Club's ground shall be inspected every five years, or at any time instructed by the Committee. A fee, as per Rule 9, shall be charged for each inspection. A copy of each Ground Inspection Report shall be forwarded by the League Secretary to: (a) The Club concerned (b) The Institution of Groundsmen and Greenkeepers. Any Club whose ground and facilities do not comply with the League's standards shall be reported to the Commit t ee. 3·_ FIXTURES 3.1 Arrangement of Fixtures The fixtures shall be publi shed by 31st December and subsequently in the League Handbook .
