2.3 Premier Division - Constitution (continued) These recommendations will be circulated to all clubs (and any applicants) prior to the AGM. At the AGM, the Executive Committee shall discuss and vote on the constitution of the divisions. 2.4 Division 3 - New Teams 2.5 New teams desiring admission to Division 3 must apply to the League Secretary by 31st July. The application shall not be complete until the ground inspection fee is paid. Applications shall be considered at the AGM. No team shall be admitted to membership unless it meets the requirements as detailed in Rule 2.9. All member clubs shall be advised of full details concerning new applications prior to the AGM. Divisions 1, 2 and 3 Constitution These divisions shall operate on a two-up, two-down promotion/relegation basis between the divisions . No team shall be eligible for promotion to a higher division, if their club already has a team in that division, or a team due for relegation to that division. No team finishing lower than third in its division shall be granted promotion. - 20 -
