· 2.10 Existing Clubs - Requirements No existing clul:5! will be asked to resign from the League because they do not meet standards, · but it is expecfed that clubs will make reasonable attempts to improve any shortfall via an agreed plan. Failure to meet this agreed plan may result in the club being asked to resign at some future date . Any such decision shall be made following a recommendation by the Management Committee and a majority vote of the Executive Committee. r ,.. r- 3. FIXTURES 3.1 3.2 Arrangement of Fixtures The fixtures shall be published as soon after the AGM as possible and subsequently in the League handbook. Failure to Fulfil a Fixture ,.... Any club failing to fulfil an arranged fixture shall be fined as per Rule 8 and pay all reasonable expenses of the non-offending club. '7 The offending club shall explain itself in writing to the League Secretary. The matter .-, shall be discussed by the Management Committee for any further action by the Committee. Further action may take the form of a warning, an additional fine, enforced relegation at the end of the season or expulsion from the League. The number of points for an outright win shall be awarded to the non-offending club. - 24 -
