If a match cannot be arranged or re-arranged by the due da e of the round, it shall be referred to the League Fixture Secretary. The roun date may be ex– tended, as decided by the Management Committee, or, if nee ssary, decided by a toss of a coin. 13 . If a bowler is incapacitated during an over, that over shall be completed by any player other than he who bowled the previous over. In the e ent of a part over being bowled, that part over shall be deemed to be a full o er relating to that bowler 's maximum allowance. 14. The draw and closing date for the rounds to be made as after the A.G .M . as possible. 15. The date and venue of the final to be decided by the Mana ement Committee. 16. The home club is responsib le for informing the League Fixture Secretary and the local umpires association of the dates of arranged or re-arra~ged matches. The home club shall send a completed scoresheet to the League F xture Secretary. 17 . Umpires fees shall be those appertaining at the current time. 21
