8. FEES AND ANES 8. 1 General The amount of each fee and fine shall be decided annually at the A.G.M., and shall come into effect from the date of that meeting. If any fee or fine is not paid within 21 days of the date of the account, the amount shall automatically be doubled. HARCROS CUP COMPETITION RULES 1. This Cup Competition will be entered by all Premier and First Division Clubs. 2. All matches except Semi Finals and Final will be played on Saturdays or Bank Holiday days. 3. All games will be of 100 overs - The team with the highest number of runs will be the winners. If both sides finish will an equal number of runs the game will be decided by :- a) The lowest number of wickets lost if equal then :- b) The run rate after 20 overs if equal then :- c) The run rate after 10 overs if equal then :- d) The side bowling the greatest number of Maidens. 4. The Management Committee will organise the 20 clubs into 4 groups of 5 teams. Each team will play the other 4 sides (2 Home - 2 Away) and the sides at the top of each group will play Semi-Finals, the two winners meeting in a Final which will be played on a neutral ground. If two sides in a group finish on equal points the group will be decided on :- a) Highest Aggregate - Runs scored if equal then :- b) Lowest Aggregate - Runs conceded if equal then:- c) Lowest Wickets lost in all matches of the Competition. 5. Five points will be awarded to the winning team in each group. Two points will be awarded in a rained off or abandoned game. The team with most league points in each group will go to Semi-Final 6. Rules 6.1 to 6.9 shall be applied unless covered by any of the above. 18
