8 These specified numbers shall be 3, 5, 7, 9, 10 (maximum 5 points). Bonus Points gained in interfered matches count to a club's total. In the event of a team withdrawing from the League during the playing season all points earned shall be deducted, but personal performances allowed to stand. FEES AND FINES 8.1 General 8.2 The amount of each fee and fine shall be decided annually at the AGM, and shall come into effect from the date of that meeting. If any fee or fine is not paid within 21 days of the date of the account, the amount shall automatically be doubled. The annual subscription shall be paid not later than seven days after the AGM or this amount shall be automatically doubled. HARCROS CUP COMPETITION Rules 1. This Cup Competition will be entered by all Clubs who have been eliminated from the George Marshall Cup in the preliminary or first round. 2. All games will be of 90 overs - The team with the highest number of runs will be the winners. If both sides finish will an equal number of runs the game will be decided by:- (a) The lowest number of wickets lost if equal then:- (b) The run rate after 20 overs if equal then:- (c) The run rate after 10 overs if equal then:- (d) The side bowling the greatest number of Maidens. (e) In games unfinished owing to the weather the winner shall be the side which has the faster scoring in runs per over throughout their innings, provided that at least 25 overs have been bowled at the side batting second. If the scoring is the same the side losing the least wickets in the first 25 overs of each innings shall be the winner. 3. Rules 6.1 to 6.9 shall be applied unless covered by any of the above. 4. The maximum overs to be bowled by any one bowler to be limited to nine.
