8.4 Handbooks Clubs shall purchase 10 handbooks from the League at a cost of £3 per handbook. Clubs shall also be charged £30 for placing one full page advert in the handbook from the Club sponsors. Therefore the total cost levied for handbook shall be £60. All Clubs shall inform the League General Secretary of current (valid in January prior to the season) of contact details ( name, phone and e-mail ( if applicable) ) of their Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and team (s) Captains. Postal addresses, post code for the ground and a Club officer shall be given. If a Club's constitution does not recognise the positions of Chairman, Secretary, Captain and/ or Treasurer then 4 contacts should be given. Adverts should be sent by e mail sized for A5 page and formatted as a Microsoft word document or PDF. All information to be submitted by the 31 st January. A fine as per rule 8.1 shall be imposed for late submittance. 114
