The home team shall advise the Results Secretary of all cup match results. All results shall be advised by the following times and by the following method:- a) Phoning results of Saturday matches to the Results Secretary by no later than 10.00p.m. on Saturday. b) Phoning results of Sunday matches to the Results Secretary by no later than 10.00p.m. on Sunday. c) Phoning results of Monday matches to the Results Secretary by no later than 10.00p.m. on Monday evening. d) Enter the scorecard and necessary details on Play Cricket. All score sheets shall be properly completed. All score sheets shall be signed by each teams captain and any umpires officiating. Fines, as per rule 8, shall be levied for non-compliance. 9. Any club not fulfilling a fixture shall be fined as per rule 8 and shall pay all reasonable expenses for the non offending club and Umpires. The offending team will be eliminated from the cup competition, whilst non offending teams shall be awarded the game. Clubs fielding 2 teams shall be expected to give their 1st team priority. Any club failing to do so will be liable for both teams being eliminated from respective cup competitions. Subsequently, non-offending teams shall be awarded the games. The matter shall also be discussed at the next scheduled Executive meeting, where the offending Club will be asked for their verbal or written comments. The Executive meeting may then impose additional penalties such as a written warning, enforced relegation at the end of the season or expulsion from the league. 54
