The ExecutiveMeeting may then impose additional penalties such as awritten warning, enforced relegation at the end of the season or expulsion from the League. Any team conceding more than two fixtures in total shall be required to seek re-election at the next AGM. 3.4 Clubs failing to agree on Re-arrangement of Fixture(s) All fixtures are subject to the explicit permission of the League Management Committee.After the January Meeting permission will only be granted for a re-arrangement within the seasons boundaries as long as both teams are agreeable and the application is made at least 7 days before the previous due date. If application is made within 7 days it will only be granted in wholly exceptional circumstances. If at any time the two clubs fail Committee will decide when and where a fixture is to be played. Any club not able to play on the date stipulated by the Management Committee will be punished according to Rule 3.3. 4 PLAYERS 4.1 Registration Aplayer may only be registered for one club except when the League is made aware that the player is playing for another club deemed to be in a Sunday or Midweek League. To register a player the club shall enter the full details of the player on the Play Cricket website. The Play Cricket website registration requires the players FULL NAME (including forename, middle names and surname), birthdate, full home address and other contact details for League approval. Aregistration should be completed prior to the game. However if a player has not been registered then a player may play providing the Team Captain informs the Umpire(s) and Opposition Team Captain on the day of the game and then registers that player on the Play Cricket website within 24hrs of the game. It must be emphasized that retrospective or match-day registration may not meet League approval. If subsequently discovered that rules 4.3 and/or 4.4 may have been infringed Then the player is ineligible. Any club using a player in a League or Cup match whose registration has not been completed on the Play Cricket system within 24hrs of the conclusion of any game shall be deemed to have fielded an ineligible player under rule 4.4. By completing the Lincolnshire League/ Play Cricket registration process a player and his / her club declare that he/ she has read the ECB Code of Conduct and agrees to be bound by, and operate within Its' requirements. 4.2 Transfer Atransfer is required for a player to register for a new club, if the player is registered for adifferent club in any Saturday League in the U.K. The transfer shall be conducted by completion of the League transfer form and agreed by both clubs. Players may not transfer during the months of August and September. Afee shall be applied for a transfer within the playing season (rule 8.1 ), no fee will be applied outside the playing season. 4.3 Other Leagues No player shall be eligible to play in the League if they have registered or played for another club in any Saturday League under the auspices of the England and Wales Cricket Board without the transfer being approved as per rule 4.2. 4.4 Ineligible Players Aplayer shall be deemed ineligible if that player has infringed any part of rules 4.1, to 4.7 Inclusive. The team fielding the ineligible player may be deducted points accrued for the game(s) that the player was deemed ineligible. The opponents of the team may be awarded match points equivalent to those of awin. Afine as per rule 8.1 shall be imposed for each infringement.
