8 Finance 8.1 Fees and Fines The amount of each fee and fine shall be decided annually at the AGM and shall come into effect from the date of that meeting. If any fine is not paid to the Honorary Treasurer within 21 days of the date of the account the amount shall be automatically doubled. No complaint will be considered unless accompanied by the appropriate fee. FEES AND FINES £ Fee for Ground Inspection (new applicants by July 31 st ) 10 Fee for Transfer during playing season 5 Fee for Disciplinary Appeal 25 Fee to accompany a written complaint 10 Fee for League Registration (paid no later than 30/11 each year) 30 Fee for Handbook 30 Failure to attend AGM (apologies do not waive) 25 Failure to attend Exec/EGM (apologies do not waive) 15 Failure to fulfil a fixture (Double after 1 st offence) 25 Failure to complete/confirm all match details online 10 Failure to complete/confirm match details by agreed deadlines 10 Failure to submit Umpire(s) marks in any match within 7 days 5 Failure to submit to Secretary a written report (5marks or less) 5 Failure to start a match on time 10 Failure to use the League approved match ball 15 Fielding an ineligible player 25 Failure to comply with rule 8.4 (handbook adverts) 10 Failure to return a trophy(s) at January meeting (per trophy) 10 Umpires Expenses - Premier League 36 Umpire Expenses - Premier League (only 1 Umpire) 54 :umpires Expenses - Divisions 1 to 4 and Cups 30 Umpire Expenses - Divisions 1 to 4 and Cups (only 1 Umpire) 45 8.2 Annual Registration Each team shall pay to the Honorary Treasurer an Annual registration fee of £30 by no later than the 3oth November. The Annual registration shall be proposed by the Honorary Treasurer and agreed at the AGM. Afine as per rule 8.1 shall be imposed for overdue registration. 8.3 Lincolnshire Cricket Board All clubs playing in the League MUST be affiliated to the Lincolnshire Cricket Board (LCB). All clubs shall pay the affiliation fee directly to the LCB before the start of the playing season. The fee shall be decided by the LCB at their AGM. 110
