If the start of play is delayed for 30 minutes or more then the following shall apply :- Start time delayed by minutes Overs to be played 0 - 29 90 30 - 34 86 35 - 59 82 60 - 74 78 75 - 89 74 90 - 104 70 105 - 119 66 120 - 134 62 135 - 149 58 150 - 164 54 165 179 50 (MINIMUM) c) In rain affected games the team batting second must receive a minimum of 25 overs and their run rate compared to that of the team batting firsts overall run rate shall decide the winner. d) A reduced game of 5 overs per innings. e) A bowl out consisting of 5 players per team bovvling 2 balls alternately. If there is still no positive result sudden death will apply with the same five bowlers bowling one ball each in the same order until a positive result is obtained. f) On the toss of coin. 6. All games shall be played on the ground of the first drawn team unless both teams agree to an alternative venue. All changes of venue must gain League approval. 7. The maximum number of overs to be bowled by any one bovvler is limited to 9 overs- Accordingly, in a game shortened due to weather the limit for any one bowler shall be reduced as in the following table :- Overs per side Maximum overs per bowler 40 - 45 9 35 - 39 8 30 - 34 7 26 - 29 6 25 ( MINIMUM ) 5 8. The home team shall be entered on Play Cricket as per rule 2.7 in the League Rules. A fine as per rule 8.1 will be raised if either home or away club fail to comply. 9. Any club not fulfilling a fixture shall be fined as per rule 8.1 and shall pay all reasonable expenses incurred by the non-offending club and Umpires. The offending team will be eliminated from the Cup competition, whilst the non-offending club shall be awarded the game. Clubs fielding 2 or more teams shall be expected to give precedence to the higher team. Any club failing to do so will be liable for both teams to be eliminated from their respective cup competitions, subsequently the non - offending clubs shall be awarded the games. The matter will also be discussed at the next scheduled Executive Committee meeting where the offending club will be asked for verbal or written comments. The Executive meeting may then impose additional penalties such as a written warning, enforced relegation at the end of the season or expulsion from the League.
