1st offence - Warning. 2nd offence Final Written Warning. 3rd offence 2pt deduction. all subsequent offences Spt deduction Where neutral umpires are not appointed CAPTAINS are expected to achieve the times as normal - Any abnormally slow over rates shall be communicated to the LMC for investigation. 6.4 Cancelled Games. Games may only be cancelled only by MUTUAL consent of the two teams involved. No game shall be cancelled before 10:00 am. on the day of the match. Following mutual consent the home team shall advise by phone the LCCL Fixture Secretary and the appointed Umpires cancellation. If mutual consent has NOT been reached then the fixture shall continue. Once the Umpires have arrived at the venue the game can only be cancelled by the Umpires requesting the teams to reach agreement. If no agreement can be reached then the Umpires shall have the final decision based upon player safety. No cancelled game shall be re-arranged. The result should be entered on the LCCL 'Play Cricket Website as Cancelled as soon as possible. 6.5 Start delayed due to bad weather or valid cause. The captains can mutually agree to cancel a fixture if they are both on the ground, but in any case, no match shall start any later than three hours after the scheduled start time. If the start time is delayed for less than 30 minutes then the FULL match shall be played. Personal performances in uncompleted games shall count in the players' averages. c) If the interruptions total 30 minutes or more then play shall cease 5hrs 30mins (Premier) and 5hrs (for the other divisions) plus one hour or 20 overs whichever is the longer, after the scheduled time of starting (or if sooner at the end of the permitted overs) but the innings of the side batting first shall not exceed half the permitted overs. A minimum of 20 overs shall be bowled in the last hour of play. 6.7 Match Results.
