In the event of i) and i1) it should ,be expected that the home club also provides the umpires and scorers with tea as well as players with drinks at the number of breaks requested by the caotains a0d umpires at the toss. In the event of option (iii) the home club is not required to provide tea or drinks for any breaks players must bnng their own. g) Players shall bowl no more than one fifth of the overs. Premier Division games of 50 overs per innings will have a bowler limit of 10 overs. Divisions 1. 2. 3 and 4 games of 45 overs per innings will have a bowler limit of 9 overs. Should the game's overs change then the bowler's limit shall be calculated as the overs divided by 5 and then rounded down. A tied match shall be defined as a match where two teams finish with equal runs scored. An incomplete match shall be defined as one where because of interruptions by the weather both teams have not received their allotted overs and no definite result has emerged. An outright win shall be defined as either :- • The team batting first scores the most runs and dismisses the team batting second. • The team batting second scores most runs and dismisses the team batting first or the team batting first or the team batting first has declared • A win shall be defined as the team scoring the most runs irrespective of wickets lost. • A cancelled game shall be defined as when a game has not started • An abandoned game shall be defined as a game which starts but is not concluded due to adverse conditions. 7.3 Points on Result. For an outright win - 20 points For a win -10 points plus any bonus points achieved. The team scoring the least number of runs will not gain any points apart from any batting or bowling bonus points as defined in rule 7.4. For an interrupted match - 5 points for each team plus any bonus points achieved. For a tied match - 5 points each plus any bonus points achieved. For a cancelled match - 5 points for each team. 7.4 Bonus Points Batting. - A team attaining each specified score shall be awarded 1 Bonus Point. The specified scores shall be 120, 140, 160,180 and 200 runs. The maximum number of batting bonus points available is 5. Bowling - A team attaining each specified number of wickets shall be awarded 1 Bonus Point. The specified wickets shall be 3, 5, 7, 9 and 10 wickets. The maximum number of bowling bonus points is 5. 7.5 Teams withdrawing in Mid-Season. In the event of a team withdrawing during the playing season then all games involving the withdrawn team shall be deemed as invalid. Consequently, any points including bonus points earned by other teams with the withdrawn team shall be deleted. All personal performances or achievements by players in these matches will be included in statistics for LCCL Trophies or Awards. 26
