Shadley is a right arm fast/medium bowler and strong left handed bat. He plays Full Franchise Cricket for the Knights. In all First-class matches he has scored 755 runs at 26.1 with a highest score of 86 and he has taken 65 wickets at 35.9 with a best of 4-39 since making his debut in 2008. Van Schalkwyk is the club's seventh South African professional. During the 2012 season he hit 596 runs at 31.4 with five half centuries and he also took 57 wickets at 16.1 and he also took over as teamcaptain early in the season. EASTLANCASHIRE - Ockert Johannes Erasmus (Boland, SouthAfrica) Ocki returns for a third season with the club after continuing to impress both on and off the field of play. 25 years old, he is an allrounder who bowls off-spin and bats right-handed. During the 2012-13 South African season he became an automatic selection in the Boland team in all three forms of the game, with a best bowling return of 5 for 21 in the first innings and a match return of 9 for 54 against South WesternDistricts. He has been reappointed East Lancs first teamcaptain for 2013. ENFIELD - BradMoses (SouthAfrica) 29yr old Brad Moses will be Enfield CC professional for season 2013. Keeping up Enfield's tradition of signing top quality South Africans, Brad is a right hand bat/ right arm spin all-rounder. Having made his debut for Kwa Zulu Natal in 2006, Brad is a hugely experienced player described as an ultimate professional, a strong leader and a more than competent coach. Brad has a great knowledge of the English game having excelled at his previous clubs, Flitwick (1864 runs, 80wkts), Radcliffe-on-Trent (1684 runs,57wkts), Harpenden (1596 runs, 74wkts) and in only two thirds of a season at GreatAyrton (848 runs, 30wkts). Brads amazing stats have made him a prized possession in the professional ranks and he's expected to maintain his impressive form on these shores and be a huge hit at both Dill Hall Lane and grounds throughout the Lancashire League. HASLINGDEN - Brenton Parchment (West Indies) Brenton Parchment is a stylish top order right handed batsman and a useful medium pace bowler. He is a consistent performer who, on his day, is capable of destroying any side with the bat or ball.Although brought up on the hard tracks of Jamaica, he has adapted his game well to league conditions. He is a vastly experienced league professional having played in the Bolton League and in the Lancashire Cricket League. LOWERHOUSE - Francois Haasbroek (SouthAfrica) Francois returns to the club for a 3rd season as the only Lowerhouse professional to have achieved the double with the club . His combination of match winning innings and economical bowling has been vital in allowing the younger amateurs in the
