26 DISQUALIFIED CLUB'S POINTS 13. (41) - In the event of any Club being disqualified from taking part in the competition, all matches such Club has played, nomatter what the result has been, shall be considered void, and all matches such Club is engaged in shall be considered void as Leaguematches. CLUBS RETIRE - FIXTURES 14. (15) - The two Clubs which have scored the least number of points in the competition at the end of the season shall retire but shall be eligible for re-election at a meeting of the Committee to be held during September. Clubs concerned must submit written application for re-election prior to the September meeting. The arrangements for Fixtures for the ensuing season shall also be decided upon at this meeting 15 (52) - No Club (whether through its officials, members or other person or persons on behalf the Club) shall approach or negotiate with another League affiliated to, whether directly or indirectly, the Lancashire Cricket Board and/or the League Cricket Conference without first obtaining in writing permission from the Lancashire Cricket League. Such permission shall b e requested in writing at least 21 days before any approach is made or negotiations are commenced.Within 14 days of receipt of any such request the Secretary shall provide to the Club either:- (a) such permission inwriting or; (b) if there is any outstanding obligation by the Club to the League, details of such outstanding obligation or failure to observe rules in respect of withdrawal of membership as a result of which the said permission has been refused and in default the said Club may proceed with the proposed approach/negotiation at the expiration of the aforesaid 21 day period. Application for or the granting of such permission shall not be interpreted as resignation or dismissal from the Lancashire Cricket League but should the date by which resignations are due to be received pass without further written notification of future action from the Club the written permission shall be deemed revoked without further action being necessary by the Lancashire Cricket League. Any Club shall have the right of appeal to the Executive Committee should it be considered that permission is beingwithheldwithout just cause. LETTING OF GROUNDS 16. -AClub may not let or use its ground for any purpose other than cricket on any date on which a match is being played elsewhere for the purpose of a Lancashire League Knock-Out Competition or a Lancashire League match. An exception to this Rule shall be the playing of the Club's JuniorMatches.
