92 Fosters Lancashire Cricket League LEAGUE PROFESSIONALS 2015 ACCRINGTON Ockert Erasmus (Boland, SouthAfrica) - Accrington have re-signed Ockert Erasmus as their professional for the 2015 season. In his first season at the club in 2014 Ocki settled in very quickly and had his most productive Lancashire League season with the bat, scoring 977 runs at 61.1 with eight half centuries. Ten of his 26 innings were unbeaten. Ocki also took 70 wickets at 16.6 with six five wicket hauls. In all matches he scored 1211 runs at 57.7 and he took 83 wickets at 15.7 . Ocki also proved to be an excellent clubman, spending a lot of time coaching both senior and junior players as well as helping out where necessary around the club. 2015 sees Ocki return as a married man and we are delighted to welcome bothMr andMrs Erasmus back toAccrington for the summer. BACUP ( ) - HaseebAzam Pakistan Haseeb returns for a second season at Bacup after scoring 591 runs and taking 53 wickets in a promising first season as a club professional. He returns to Lanehead all the wiser for his experience hoping to impose himself on the league and improve Bacup's fortunes. Ha seeb has a first class century to his name and in December had match figures of 10 for 119 v Karachi Dolphins. We look forward toHaseeb continuing his excellent workwith the development of the juniors. BURNLEY Chris Holt - Chris returns for a second season at Burnley with even greater expectations after a successful first year. The 2014 campaign started slowly for the team and Chris alike, but an onslaught of runs from the young professional in the second half of the season coincided with a number of league victories and a Worsley Cup Final triumph. Chris will be looking to his all-round ability and resilient nature, to once again lead the side throughout the 2015 season. CHURCH - UsmanTariq (Pakistan) Church welcome back Usman Tariq as professional for the 2015 season. A left handed top order and right arm off spin bowler Usman has excelled in his native Pakistan since his List-A debut at just 13 years of age. In his first season at Church, Usman helped the Club win its first silverware for many years and scored 1063 League/Cup runs and took 59 wickets. Usman now 30 years of age has scored over 10,000 first class/List A runs which includes 3 double hundreds. Usman, a former Pakistan U-19 player, also has a very impressive record in league cricket with over 10,000 runs in his last 9 seasons as professional for clubs includingGreenmount, Radcliffe&Walkden.
